What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business acquisition within the 100+ agent brokerage segment through outbound pipeline generation
- Build and maintain a strategic target account list of enterprise brokerages and franchise organizations
- Engage senior decision-makers and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex SaaS agreements aligned to revenue and partnership goals
- Provide ongoing field insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to real estate brokerages or adjacent enterprise audiences
- Proven success in outbound-led sales motions with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience selling to VP and C-level executives and navigating complex buying processes
- Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and growth drivers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PropTech sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred
- Background in Direct Sales, High-Velocity Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management roles
- Ability to articulate value using analytics, KPIs, and ROI frameworks
- Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity
