      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for recruitment processes and strategies
      - Collaborate with operational leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs
      - Oversee the entire talent acquisition function for a large multi-state business lane
      - Monitor and track recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve hiring performance
      - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients to meet hiring objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related area required; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years’ management experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
      - Minimum of 7 years’ recruiting and/or related HR experience
      - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and significant experience with recruiting databases
      - In-depth knowledge of staffing and recruitment laws/regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years sales experience (inside or outside)
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment
      - Experience managing decentralized or home-based teams
      - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
