      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team for groomer and corporate functions to meet ambitious hiring goals
      - Design and implement scalable recruiting systems and processes for operational efficiency and high-quality hiring
      - Establish and maintain robust recruiting metrics and reporting to drive transparency and continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to understand workforce planning priorities and develop proactive talent strategies
      - Own and evolve the employer brand strategy to position the employer as a top destination for talent in the pet care industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be both a people and dog lover
      - 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2+ years leading talent acquisition at a fast-growing startup
      - Proven track record of building and optimizing high-volume non-exempt and corporate recruiting functions
      - Ability to translate recruiting performance into strategic insights using a data-first mindset
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate recruiting vision and strategy to stakeholders
