What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day management, education, support, and coaching to talent acquisition manager/supervisor and partners
- Own talent acquisition function for a large multi-state geography
- Develop and execute strategic plans for recruitment goals across division facilities
- Manage and challenge existing recruiting strategies to improve application volume and quality of candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively and monitor metrics to identify trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in related area required; master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' management experience preferred
- Minimum of 7 years' recruiting and/or related HR experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
