What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support practice and clinic growth
- Lead and support a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
- Coach and mentor team members, implementing best practices
- Work closely with leadership to create strategic sourcing and hiring strategies
- Analyze and report on talent acquisition metrics and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of Talent experience
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
- 2+ years experience in healthcare organizations is preferred
- ATS experience, with Business Intelligence and reporting experience required
- Bachelor's degree in related field is highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PPT
