What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and implement a multi-year global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of talent acquisition professionals
- Oversee talent acquisition operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Implement best practices for candidate selection and workforce planning
- Cultivate partnerships with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to align on recruiting priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading high-performing global teams of 15+ individuals
- Expertise in talent acquisition operations, candidate selection, and workforce planning
- Proficiency with modern talent acquisition technology, including ATS and CRM
- Strong experience in fast-paced, complex, and global organizational environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with innovative solutions powered by Generative AI in the hiring process
- Deep understanding of global recruiting best practices and cultural nuances
