      - Expertise in talent acquisition operations, candidate selection, and workforce planning
      - Proficiency with modern talent acquisition technology, including ATS and CRM
      - Strong experience in fast-paced, complex, and global organizational environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with innovative solutions powered by Generative AI in the hiring process
      - Deep understanding of global recruiting best practices and cultural nuances
