What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition Department
- Mentor and lead a team of three recruiters
- Develop an effective sourcing strategy for candidate pipelines
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience
- Minimum of ten years of recruiting experience
- Minimum of five years of management experience
- Strong process orientation and talent acquisition expertise
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, iCIMS preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of healthcare recruiting and provider placements
- Experience with hyper-growth recruitment programs
