Director, Talent Acquisition - Sales (US & Canada) We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Talent Acquisition - Sales to lead and support a high-performing team of recruiters responsible for driving and executing hiring strategies for Major Accounts (MAS) and Canada Sales. This job is remote and can be located anywhere in the US.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities - Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners, ensuring the successful execution of recruiting strategies, market intelligence gathering, and a best-in-class candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, hiring trends, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Develop forecasting models and staffing strategies to ensure headcount goals are met across sales teams.
- Assess and balance workload distribution, ensuring effective resource allocation while supporting high-volume hiring and stretch assignments.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through individualized development plans, skill-building initiatives, and continuous feedback.
- Lead and project-manage high-impact recruiting initiatives that drive business growth.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in recruiting metrics, reporting, and analytics.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Drive measurable results, including cost per hire, time to fill, candidate quality, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction (including NPS).
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications - Proven leadership experience, managing a team of 8+ in Talent Acquisition or HR within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Extensive experience developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives for large-scale, high-growth organizations.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, structured environment, while upholding high ethical and professional standards.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in industry tools, recruitment trends, and talent market intelligence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to prioritize, deliver feedback, and drive recruitment strategies effectively.
- Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving business results.
- Ability to identify and leverage resources to optimize talent acquisition outcomes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media recruiting, and video interviewing technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and follow through on key initiatives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience using PowerPoint and data to influence leadership, teams, and international stakeholders.
