      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-impact talent acquisition across multiple regions
      - Develop and implement global recruitment strategies for both immediate and long-term workforce needs
      - Refine standardized, scalable, and compliant recruitment processes to ensure operational excellence
      - Collaborate with senior leaders to create tailored hiring solutions and workforce plans
      - Oversee talent branding initiatives to enhance the organization's employee value proposition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
      - 12+ years of global recruiting experience, ideally in the technology industry
      - 7+ years of experience as a senior leader in Talent Acquisition
      - Proven ability to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies
      - Experience using data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions

      - Experience driving global talent acquisition strategy within an enterprise software organization
      - Track record of delivering transformative recruitment projects
      - Expertise in recruitment operations during mergers and acquisitions
