What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a Customer Experience Team, managing stakeholders and prioritizing work based on business priorities
- Spearhead complex research initiatives to inform customer experience strategy and enhance user satisfaction
- Integrate insights from various research sources to champion end-user needs
- Build high-trust partnerships across teams to foster collaboration and innovation
- Communicate research findings effectively to senior and executive-level stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of UX Research experience in a corporate agile setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or Information Design; Master's degree preferred
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability studies and surveys
- Exceptional communication skills for translating data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with research tools like Qualtrics and UserZoom
- Familiarity with UX methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean UX
- Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry techniques and tools
- Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
