      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to identify business opportunities and maximize sales potential within the FIT & Wholesale segment
      - Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts while generating new business
      - Monitor and analyze market trends, adjusting sales strategies to stay competitive
      - Create promotional rates, packages, and marketing recommendations for targeted market segments
      - Engage with key stakeholders, travel agents, and consumers to promote the employer's portfolio of properties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of six (6+) years of experience in proactive direct sales targeting the FIT/Wholesale market
      - Bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, with high skill levels in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to move market share effectively within a multi-property portfolio
      - Intimate knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and their tourism dynamics
      - Proven track record of successful negotiation and relationship management with key accounts
