      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage assigned caseload of Short Term and Long Term Disability claims
      - Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather necessary information for claims
      - Apply contractual provisions and case management resources to ensure accurate eligibility and liability decisions
      - Provide superior customer service by rendering timely benefit determinations and responding to inquiries
      - Analyze claims activity and prepare reports for clients and management as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in STD/LTD claims adjudication
      - Knowledge of ERISA regulations, disability duration, and Social Security procedures
      - Proficient in computer applications including Excel and Word
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services or self-administration services
      - Familiarity with FMLA/State leave claims
      - Aptitude for interpreting medical terminology and conditions
      - Ability to work independently while utilizing various technical resources
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
