      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide programmatic assistance to clients and ensure compliance with state and federal grant management policies
      - Develop Disaster Recovery Frameworks, including pre- and post-disaster recovery plans
      - Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses related to recovery planning
      - Facilitate recovery stakeholder meetings and prepare necessary documentation
      - Perform damage assessments and detailed cost estimates for potential FEMA funding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least three years of relevant disaster recovery experience
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, public administration, emergency management, business administration, or a related field
      - Intermediate experience in FEMA Public Assistance grant programs
      - Ability to interpret grant policies and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within commercial and public industries, including government and medical facilities
      - Familiarity with the New FEMA PA Delivery Model
      - Professional registration or certification such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management
      - Ability to interpret grant guidelines and contracts effectively
