      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact with field service technicians, service partners, and customers to ensure timely and successful scheduling and completion of work
      - Schedule and assign onsite field technicians based on internal resource availability
      - Document requirements for onsite access and communicate with customer sites accordingly
      - Track support case, RMA, and dispatch processes within the internal CRM system
      - Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding the status of support cases and dispatches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
      - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
      - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch coordination with attention to detail
      - Excellent computer skills; familiarity with database management and Excel required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing RMA processes, global part replacements, and repair tracking systems
      - Familiarity with computer hardware/server architecture
      - Willingness to work overnight shifts (9:30 PM - 6 AM Central) or 3 PM - 11:30 PM Central
