What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Distance Learning team to develop lab courses that support customer learning outcomes
- Create digital components for existing labs and develop new labs and investigations
- Provide guidance and support to instructors for successful digital and hands-on lab experiences
- Manage digital lab content and assist with troubleshooting LTI integration issues
- Conduct Quality and User Acceptance Testing of new digital products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or instructional design
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and web files (HTML, CSS, and CSV)
- One year of experience with Higher Education LMS (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Deep content knowledge of the subject area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional degree in science or related content expertise
- Experience with Agile development and leadership
- Experience as an LMS admin
- Project Management training or experience
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline
