      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within key customers
      - Provide and coordinate technical support and training to customers as needed
      - Conduct comprehensive business reviews to ensure sales growth plan results
      - Maintain accurate CRM and manage expense reports according to guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; BS in Business Administration or applicable degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales required
      - Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Solid technical ability and knowledge of Customer Focused Sales
      - Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time, primarily by car

      - Experience in the construction equipment industry
      - Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning
      - Demonstrated ability to develop customer-focused selling skills
      - Previous experience in providing technical support and training
