      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily financial adjustments and reconcile tills
      - Prepare and file court documents, notices, and orders for the Judge’s signature
      - Assist the public with inquiries and explain court documents to defendants
      - Attend court proceedings, take minutes, and monitor recording equipment
      - Coordinate remote hearings for judges and the public

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with a background in general office skills
      - At least one year of office or court-related experience performing similar duties
      - Knowledge of legal terminology, court processes, and general office practices
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage stressful situations
      - Proficiency in operating a personal computer and other office equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with statewide case data computer systems
      - Familiarity with virtual court hearings and technology
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Prior experience in a legal or judicial setting
