      Responsibilities
      As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistent customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture through recruitment, training, and mentorship. Regularly visiting locations, you'll implement process improvements, leverage technology to enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with company goals. You will also drive business development initiatives, support the successful launch of new stores, and expand market share through innovative strategies. Financial oversight is key, as you will analyze profit and loss statements, manage costs, and coach Store Managers on budgeting and financial decision-making to maximize profitability. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

      • Oversee and develop Store Managers and teams across multiple locations.
      • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and technology.
      • Lead business development initiatives to grow market share and customer retention.
      • Support new store launches and ensure operational readiness.
      • Analyze financial performance and coach teams on profitability strategies.
      Qualifications
      Education & Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
      • 10+ years in management, including oversight of multiple locations.
      • 5+ years of experience managing profit and loss statements and driving sales growth.
      • 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or a related field is a strong plus.
      Skills & Abilities
      • Proven ability to lead through change and scale operations in a high-growth environment.
      • Strong project management, strategic planning, and process improvement expertise.
      • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
      • Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
      What We Offer
      • Competitive salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
