Job Description

- Make regular visits to stores to lead and train the regional management team, providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to help achieve the company's sales and profit objectives.
- Communicates changing policies and procedures to the store management team and ensures implementation and compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Works closely with the store management team and store controller to monitor and protect the company’s assets. Looks for ways to improve the utilization of the company assets.
- Communicates and manages implementation of the company's sales and marketing programs in the assigned region; may include technical training programs, credit card programs, advertising and other sales initiatives.
- Works with sales management to maintain a consistent sales effort in each store location.
- Recruits, trains and evaluates employees for the successful operation of the region; identifies high-potential teammates for advancement; works closely with human resources management on corrective counselling and disciplinary
- Promotes the company's culture and sets an example consistent with company's image.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key customers in the region; resolves critical customer concerns.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
- Prior experience in the aftermarket parts industry preferred.
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing stores, departments or units, in the analysis their P&L, inventory analysis, operations and customer service
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to implement sales strategies and achieve targets in a competitive market.
- Relationship Builder: Have at least five years of experience managing teams, with training and coaching, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams, and advocate and lead teams through change.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
