The District Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the superior service and quality for which Gecko Hospitality is known, while driving profitability and growth.       Key Responsibilities:


      Operational Excellence: Ensure that all locations maintain our high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

      Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop restaurant managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and mutual respect.

      Financial Oversight: Monitor P&L statements for each location, identify trends, and create strategies to enhance profitability.

      Training & Development: Collaborate with the training team to ensure managers and staff are well-equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

      Brand Consistency: Uphold and ensure consistent brand standards, food quality, and service across all restaurant locations.

      Strategic Growth: Participate in strategic planning with senior leadership, including potential new market entry and restaurant openings.

      Qualifications:


      Minimum of 5 years' multi-unit management experience in the restaurant industry.

      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

      Proven track record of improving profitability and driving operational excellence.

      Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

      Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

      Deep understanding of restaurant operations, P&L analysis, and budgeting.
