- Multi-unit restaurant management experience in fast-casual restaurant concepts, preferred
- Proficient in restaurant operations, front/ back of house, and point of sale systems
- Experienced leading a team through objective measures of performance
- Advanced understanding of the decision-making process, deliverable prioritization, and timelines
- Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivated assigned teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant functions including training, recruiting, and delegating certain tasks
- Requires 75% travel within home and surrounding markets
- Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 30 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have Food Safety Manager Certification upon hire
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and insurance upon hire
