      Key Responsibilities:

      The District Manager is a seasoned and dynamic leader responsible for leading operations of our unique fitness facilities as well as our salon, spa, and med spa in the MidAtlantic region. The primary objective of the District Manager will be to drive revenue growth by focusing on lead generation, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring exceptional experiences that foster retention. This teammate possesses strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a proven track record in operational excellence. The District Manager will skillfully manage and harmonize objectives and business initiatives from the various departments and verticals within the facilities, effectively coordinating efforts to drive revenue growth and provide effective guidance to location leaders.


      A detailed list of key responsibilities of the District Manager is below. TEAM FX is constantly evolving and although the below are the core responsibilities of the District Manager, this role may evolve, and responsibilities may change.

      • Lead, inspire, and mentor facility leaders to foster strong leadership within their teams.
      • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance across all facilities.
      • Ensure all facilities operate efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for each facility.
      • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase revenue growth.
      • Cultivate new partnerships and relationships within the communities of each facility, increasing new guest traffic and enhancing brand awareness.
      • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and evolution.
      • Analyze financial reports and budgets, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
      • Collaborate with facility leaders to set daily and weekly sales goals and monitor progress regularly.
      • Conduct regular training and development sessions for leaders and teammates to enhance skills and our guest experience.
      • Maintain open lines of communication between leaders.
      • Facilitate regular meetings with leaders to share best practices, discuss challenges, and strategize solutions.
      • Optimize resource allocation and utilization, creating unity and ensuring a cohesive experience at all facilities.
      • Create a comprehensive recruitment plan to attract and retain top talents at all facilities.
      • Assist facility leaders in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding teammates.
      • Ensure all facilities comply with safety and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and observations.


      Requirements

      Required Key Skills & Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field.
      • Industry Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience in fitness and/or wellness.
      • Strategic Vision: Ability to create and implement long-term growth strategies that align with each location and department’s objectives.
      • Multi-location Management: Expertise in managing multiple locations simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
      • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
      • Verbal & Written Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate visions and business objectives clearly to the team and external partners.
      • Analytical: Proficient in analyzing trends and data to make informed decisions.
      • Time Management & Adaptability: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment, where locations may pivot objectives based on business needs.
