      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of 5-10 Market Representatives and Showroom personnel to achieve sales goals
      - Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans for the assigned territory
      - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers
      - Provide ongoing training and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to create market intelligence and support materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in employee management
      - Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
      - Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing territory effectively
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
      - Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

      - Experience leading an outside sales force
      - Strong financial acumen and business knowledge
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach
      - Ability to travel extensively and hold a valid Driver's License
      - Familiarity with Google Suite applications
