      Overview

      Casey's is currently seeking a District Manager for the Northern IL / Indiana border area. If you're passionate about coaching and developing teams that serve their communities, a District Manager position with Casey's may be the right fit for you! As a District Manager, you will oversee 12-15 stores in an assigned area and play a vital role in creating an atmosphere that ensures Casey's is Here for Good !

      What you'll do as a District Manager:

      • Assist with executing Casey's strategic initiatives, driving sales, and maintaining standards within your assigned area.
      • Act as liaison between the Store Managers and Regional Director to maximum efficiency and profitability.
      • Develop Team Members on career pathway.
      • Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area.

      Requirements

      What we're looking for:

      • Previous management experience in multi-unit retail or convenience store environment.
      • Passion to train, coach and engage team members.
      • Capability of prioritizing tasks and driving performance to accomplish goals .
      • Willingness to travel.
