      Scope of Work:

      As a Waukesha-Pearce Industries (WPI) District Parts Manager you will be Responsible for all parts department operations, including personnel, inventory management, administrative duties and customer service. Work directly with various departments to ensure a high level of customer support while minimizing costs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.

      Primary Job Responsibilities:

      • Ensure proper inventory management to support customer service
      • Resolve all customer related issues that may arise.
      • Control all department expenses in relation to budget
      • Review open purchase order report to maintain accuracy
      • Review daily or weekly stock orders
      • Manage staff workload
      • Perform essential duties as the hiring manager for the respective department

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience
      • High School Diploma or equivalent

      Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

      • Must be proficient with using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook and other Microsoft programs
      • Must have strong organizational skills
      • Must conform to policies and procedures set forth by the company
      • Must have ability to supervise, motivate and effectively evaluate others
      • Must be dependable to operate a forklift
      • Must be dependable
      • Must maintain good client relations
      • Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
      • Must have knowledge of operating phone systems and other office equipment

      Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

      • Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m.
