      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, and revenue goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with associates and customers
      - Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
      - Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within the pre-engineered building space
      - Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales
      - Proven ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses
