What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between the employer, its dealerships, and additional partners
- Grow and foster partnerships, including collaborations with local organizations
- Facilitate mentorship and consulting to meet monthly/yearly sales objectives
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and address deficiencies
- Monitor dealership personnel training to ensure compliance with employer requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years in sales and customer service
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% and relocate anywhere within the United States
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis
- Strong time management and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in mentoring or consulting roles within the automotive industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and identify revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with dealership operations and inventory management processes
- Strong conflict management and composure skills in high-pressure situations
