      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve the sales budget for the district while managing all activities within the expense budget
      - Ensure strong distributor engagement and support to build a robust customer pipeline
      - Provide case coverage and technical assistance to surgeons and OR personnel as needed
      - Assist in hiring, performance management, and conversion of sales representatives
      - Collaborate with the sales force to develop a pipeline of new surgeon trainees and users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree in Business (or similar) preferred
      - Minimum of five years of sales experience in orthopedic medical devices, with a preference for foot and ankle
      - Two years of experience in sales coaching and development, leading direct sales teams
      - Comfortable working in an Operating Room environment and instructing surgeons
      - Ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel as necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the orthopedic medical device industry, specifically in foot and ankle
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
      - Familiarity with surgical procedures and OR protocols
      - Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement
      - Previous experience in managing sales budgets and expense controls
