What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new business growth through lead generation, relationship building, and prospecting
- Manage key accounts to increase sales and enhance customer relationships
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
- Communicate customer needs to internal teams to drive organic sales growth
- Collaborate with the R&D team to identify selling opportunities and account management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the industrial or chemical sector
- Proven track record in identifying leads, closing new projects, and delivering effective presentations
- Strong ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a Business field
- Demonstrated sales and territory management skills
- Ability to perform technical/mechanical on-site testing
- High achievement orientation and strong problem-resolution skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips
