What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attain district wholesale and retail sales objectives
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with dealers in the assigned district
- Analyze dealership sales, market penetration, and vehicle inventory
- Educate dealers on marketing changes and assist in maximizing sales volume and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and implement sales strategies with district counterparts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Preferred 3+ years of professional exempt level automotive retail/wholesale experience
- Prior automotive retail sales experience such as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, or F&I Manager
- Prefer Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive travel is required
- Must maintain a valid unconditional driver's license and a MMNA approved driving record

- Familiarity with social media and electronic marketing tools
- Proven track record of successful dealer relationship management
- Strong analytical skills to assess dealership performance
