      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and motivate the Sales Pro team to achieve and exceed sales quotas across assigned accounts
      - Implement effective sales strategies and ensure execution of company sales programs
      - Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership on business strategies
      - Track sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management to communicate progress
      - Foster relationships with store teams, customers, and executive leadership to drive success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma and 2+ years of experience leading a sales team
      - Strong understanding of basic selling skills and customer relationship management
      - Excellent management skills, including multitasking and time management
      - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on customer service
      - Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and demonstrate analytical thinking
