What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through sales support and training
- Develop new business with prospective customers by effectively communicating the value of KIK's services and products
- Increase market share with current customers by utilizing marketing materials and incentive programs
- Provide training to customers on KIK's products and services
- Manage a Customer Relationship Management system and generate reports as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related retail or account management experience
- Previous outside sales experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
