What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve the sales budget for the district while managing activities within the expense budget
- Ensure distributor engagement and support to build a sustainable customer pipeline
- Provide technical assistance during surgical cases, including first case support for surgeons
- Assist in hiring and performance management of sales representatives
- Collaborate with the sales force to develop a pipeline of new surgeon trainees and users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business or a related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of sales experience in orthopedic medical devices, with a focus on foot and ankle preferred
- Two years of experience in sales coaching and development, leading direct sales teams
- Comfortable working in an Operating Room environment and instructing surgeons
- Ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel as needed
