      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the achievement of unit and revenue goals for assigned therapy products within the district
      - Develop and implement strategies to meet short and long-term business objectives
      - Train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, and team management
      - Build and maintain ethical, long-term customer relationships while representing the employer
      - Coordinate sales efforts and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
      - Must be able to travel extensively by car and plane
      - Experience with sales and personnel management functions
      - Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spine sales experience strongly preferred
      - Successful medical sales record, preferably with Neuroscience products
      - Knowledge of the assigned product/therapy customer base
      - Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
