      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement market plans focusing on customer analysis and revenue goals
      - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and systems offered by the employer
      - Collaborate effectively with internal departments to enhance customer experience
      - Analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses to opportunities
      - Manage multiple projects while traveling 50-70% of the time within the market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience
      - At least 5 years of experience in the Building Materials industry
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships
      - Thorough understanding of the construction process and ability to interpret architectural plans

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within the pre-engineered building space
      - Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales
      - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
