What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis and revenue goals
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by the employer
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience
- Analyze market conditions and competition to develop strategic responses
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and as part of a team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales or marketing experience, with 5+ years in Building Materials
- Strong understanding of the construction process and ability to translate architectural plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships with associates and customers
- Willingness to travel 50-70% within the market
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the pre-engineered building space
- Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales
