      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the VP of Sales to manage and support a team of sales professionals across multiple client locations
      - Drive revenue and margin growth, leading district growth across various sales sectors
      - Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting effective communication between operations and customer service
      - Develop talent by identifying, recruiting, and retaining skilled Account Managers and Sales Representatives
      - Conduct weekly performance management meetings to uphold corporate values and manage team performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5-7 years of management experience leading a sales team
      - Industry knowledge or background in oil and gas or industrial services
      - Ability to provide feedback on account plans and connect accounts to the appropriate resources
      - Understanding of financial reports and capability to use numerical analyses for decision-making
      - Strong relationship-building skills and professional appearance
