What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary administrative support to the Assistant Director of the Energy Development Services Division
- Manage scheduling and prepare materials for meetings
- Coordinate program support activities and ensure operational continuity across divisions
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports, including data collection and analysis
- Support meetings and events by developing agendas and coordinating logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience, including coordinating office procedures and preparing reports; OR
- An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of relevant experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional office setting
- Ability to prepare, edit, and maintain reports accurately
- Experience in data entry and tracking across systems or databases
