      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership in policy and financial analysis for division-wide initiatives in the Division of Facilities & Transportation Services
      - Author Commission submittal materials and ensure the accuracy of submitted materials for State Building Commission requests
      - Develop and monitor the division's annual operating budget, maintaining financial reports related to building maintenance and occupancy rates
      - Collaborate with Bureau Directors, Administrators, and Financial Specialists on budgetary matters
      - Assist in the interpretation and application of relevant federal or state regulations and administrative rules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial oversight through the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of budgets and expenditures
      - Experience creating operating budgets with multiple funding sources and appropriations
      - Minimum 2 years of experience developing, managing, or implementing budgets in a public sector setting
      - Experience providing fiscal consultation, technical assistance, or training
      - Knowledge of professional accounting and budgeting principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience interpreting and applying federal or state regulations, statutes, or administrative rules
      - Familiarity with budgeting projections in a public sector environment
      - Previous experience in financial and operational reporting
