What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a designated sales team to achieve annual revenue and profitability objectives
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to penetrate specific markets and referral partners
- Collaborate with sales and support channels to ensure a positive client onboarding experience
- Provide feedback to sales leadership on departmental effectiveness and growth opportunities
- Engage with product development and client support to drive early adoption of company initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License and successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a related field; minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Must live in the area relative to the job posting location
