What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the management of multiple branch locations and motivate staff to meet profitability and performance goals
- Make loan decisions and process consumer loans while ensuring compliance with lending limits
- Assist branch managers with business development and community relationships to drive sales
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement solutions to enhance overall experience
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of branch staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of consumer finance or related experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in industry-related lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word Applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
