- Oversee daily activities ensuring adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Leading, sourcing, hiring and execution of the Associate Market Supervision Manager training program with the Division
- Play an active role in leading and resolving audit issues
- Assist in all areas of processing and problem resolution
- Coordinate and participate in and/or leads a variety of projects
- Develop and implement new processes/procedures to improve operating efficiency and to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow
- Assist with financial control/budgeting and consolidation
- Prepare and analyze management reports to evaluate performance, determine capacity, and effectively forecast and manage staffing levels
- Assist with audit and compliance reviews
- Identify and coordinate Market Supervision Manager training
- Assist in all areas of performance management processes
- Manage business continuity and communication within the division
- Consult with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements
- Engage legal, risk, compliance and HR partners to actively participate in and lead various initiatives and projects impacting Market Supervision Managers and registered associates
- Candidate must be fully licensed with 7, 66, 9 & 10
- 5+ years relevant business support experience
- Experience assimilating data into a results-based story and effectively present the results
- Ability to develop concise, effective senior level presentations
- Proficient with complex data and reporting and associated tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workday)
- Demonstrated experience with headcount and budget management
- Strong project management experience with the ability to prioritize and manage delivery schedule
- Proven track record designing/redesigning processes with a focus on efficiency
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Proven experience utilizing reports to drive tactical improvement and/or to communicate the business story
- Ability to think proactively and balance multiple needs, requests and goals
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to drive and coordinate event-based tasks (agenda planning, offsite planning, etc.)

The Division Supervision Manager is an execution leader providing MLWM Business Oversight and Field Supervision business management expertise to the MLWM Field Supervision Executive and Division Supervision Executive across a variety of business needs within the MLWM Business Oversight and Supervision organization. The successful candidate will be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader managing a wide range of complex administrative functions across the division; lead and execute key line of business initiatives while working closely with a variety of business and HR partners; assist with the oversight of Market Supervision Managers, lead the Associate Market Supervision Manager program within their Division, provide solutions to include developing strategy, measurements, reporting and administration.Role Responsibilities:
