      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the Senior Vice President (SVP) and division professionally in both internal and external communications
      - Manage the SVP's calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expenses
      - Organize divisional events and meetings, including logistics for venues, catering, and materials
      - Assist with personnel processes such as staff interviews, new hires, and sabbaticals
      - Create and manage content for communications, including newsletters and emails

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Experience in administrative support or related fields
      - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working in a non-profit or ministry setting
      - Proficiency in managing calendars and coordinating events
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and office management software
      - Strong writing skills for creating newsletters and communications
      - Experience in donor communication and relationship management
