- Presentation and Facilitation: Lead presentations on lean methodologies, highlighting efficiency gain through effective facilitation, engage teams in process improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lean Implementation: Train, guide, and coach teams in Lean concepts, integrating them into daily activities for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define needs and requirements, aligning with organizational initiatives.
- Systems Optimization: Support optimization efforts of ERP (SAP) and MES system (42Q) usage across the division.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor and report on Lean Continuous Improvement (LCI) initiatives, track performance against KPIs, and provide support for improving KPIs as necessary.
- Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture developing a world class safety culture. Ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and vendors
- Management experience working in an advanced customer centric, vertically integrated organization is essential.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) equating to excellent lean manufacturing teaching & observation skills.
- Experienced and comfortable in working in a ‘matrix style’ operational environment across multiple cultures and Regions. Must have strong influencing skills.
- Experienced in a hands-on industrial environment.
- Practical experience and noted success, in leading change management and transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or similar field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Post Graduate education in business (MBA) or lean enterprise will be considered favorably.
- Experienced in a hands-on industrial environment and an understanding of the environmental impact which results from these operations. The ability to determine practical approaches which enable operational activity whilst managing our sustainability obligations.

Purpose of Role: The role is driving the Divisions Operational Performance Excellence through the adaption of Lean and Continuous Improvement (LCI) practices to create a sustaining culture which delivers year on year operational performance improvement.Accountable for driving acceleration of Weir Integrating Network System (WINS) to achieve top quartile sustainable business results across the Region or Value Stream, and building capability in business critical WINS standards across the regional sites.
