      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support and assistance to beneficiaries of the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) according to established procedures
      - Respond to customer inquiries, applying independent judgment and decision-making
      - Actively listen to customers, determine their needs, and provide clear and thorough direction
      - Research and process inquiries and complaints from Military Service Members via telephone or fax
      - Resolve customer issues by clarifying concerns, researching answers, and implementing solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Must be available for an eight-hour shift from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday
      - Customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to operate a PC and mainframe databases for information research
      - Must obtain Public Trust/NA CLC security clearance, with assistance from the employer

      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly within government or military contexts
      - Familiarity with DMDC services and procedures
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
      - Previous experience with data entry and customer relationship management
      - Ability to work independently and handle unpredictable inquiries
