What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, scan, and upload incoming documents for insurance policies into the system
- Import, index, and route documents for various departments into appropriate workflows
- Operate and monitor mail processing equipment with accuracy to achieve standard output
- Prepare and print complex mail jobs with a high level of precision
- Assemble mailings for agents, insureds, and other customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of mail center and imaging experience
- High school diploma required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write simple correspondence
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced mail processing environment
- Knowledge of imaging systems such as ImageRight
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
- Experience with document management processes
