What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, drop, and track new group documents
- Customize SBC's and Benefit Books
- Complete and submit Eligibility Maintenance File Spreadsheet (VBA & Health Edge)
- Update and maintain various spreadsheets, forms, and folders in Google Drive
- Communicate new group prior authorizations and eligibility file changes to brokers and employers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or associate degree plus 3 years of administrative expertise
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with VBA billing systems
- Familiarity with Looker and Eligibility Folders
- Knowledge of PHI regulations and compliance
- Previous experience in healthcare documentation management
- Certification in project management
