Job Description

- Some SharePoint, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 application and/or graphic design knowledge.
- 1+ years health industry related experience
- The ability to work independently with out the need of ongoing supervision
- Maintain and integrate documents into knowledge management applications.
- Work with business partners to develop requirements for communications/publications.
- Maintain and update existing reference materials and/or policies.
- Conduct and/or participate in department meetings to ensure knowledge management resources meet end user content and usability needs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Documentation Specialist I to write, edit and/or proofread internal and/or external communications and publications. This role will apply technical and business writing principles, as well as web-based technologies.
**This may be a hybrid role after 30 days on site at the Meridian, Idaho campus. However, you must reside in the Treasure Valley area.
To be considered for this opportunity, you have the following:
Experience for Level I: 2 years technical and business documentation experience, or any combination of work experience with writing, analysis, and knowledge management software
