What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls to assist patients
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy
- Perform data entry using computer skills
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Active internet connection and ability to work from home
- Must be able to pick up work equipment in Irving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a medical call center environment
