- Schedule: Must be able to work any 8-hour shift assigned to you Monday-Friday between 8 AM-9PM EST.
- Lead, coach, and support remote call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the liaison between clients, leadership teams, and call center staff.
- Monitor daily call flow, performance metrics, and service levels.
- Conduct virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure timely follow-up with customers and partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication logs.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, workflows, and customer satisfaction.
- Recent experience in leadership with awesome communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work any shift within 8 AM-9 PM EST/CST, Monday-Friday.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace. (NO MOBILE HOTSPOTS ALLOWED)
